1999 Other Jeep Models Spark plugs change

I've change the spark plugs on a 1999 jeep Grand Cherokee because check engine light was on and it was idleling rough, after I did that the car idles worst and there is a clicking sound where I've chage the spark plugs. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Sounds like one ore more of your plug wires did not seat on the plug properly. You should hear a slight snap sound when it seats good. The clicking might be the spark jumping from the loose plug wire to the end of the spark plug. Check the plugs and wires and let me know how they look.
