I cannot get the back door to open. The lock is fine; however, when the handle is lifted, nothing. How can I get the inside panel off the door to fix this problem. I don't see screws to get the cover off. Is there any emergency release for the back door?

No emergency handle that I have been aware of. The panel should snap into place using those push in retainers like the ones used on all the older door panels. Please get back to me and let me know your outcome thanks Curt
