1999 Other Jeep Models Battery and ABS light.

My battery drains very quickly when my Grand Cherokee is off and the ABS light is always on. I've have a brand new battery, I've tried to unplug the negative charge to restart the computer but it has done anything. The battery draining is my biggest concern. Thank you very much.
