Engine Performance problem
1998 Other Jeep Models 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 98 jeep grand cherokee with 183,000+ miles and the check engine light has been on for some time, so went to the auto parts store and found out i have cylinder one misfire. So i did a tune up, replaced all the plugs, plug wires, and distributor cap and rotor. Nothing changed. So i put in a fuel injector cleaner and drove it 90 miles and back over a weekend and still nothing happened. So i checked the compression of cylinder 1 and 2. Cylinder 1 came back with about 70lbs and cylinder 2 came back with 120lbs. I don't want to spend much money on fixing a valve or anything like that unless its necessary, is there anything else i can try?
