1997 Other Jeep Models bleeding the lines

I broke a brake line to the rear wheels. Now that I've installed the new line I not sure how to bleed the lines. There is a cap just above where the line goes into the back of the wheel but it doesn't move.
I don't know if it makes a difference but this vehicle is a cherokee sport.
