1994 Other Jeep Models Electrical works-wont turn over

Everything electrical works. When key is turned fully to start you can hear the relay sending gas to the unit but nothing else happens. Starter doesn't turn over.

Could be the ignition switch, starter relay, park and neutral switch or the starter itself. Hold key at start position and check for power at the black wire at the starter solenoid-do you have power if not backtrack to the items above and also see below for troubleshooting the starting syste.
