2006 Jeep Liberty Jeep is spitting out gas!

2006 Jeep Liberty Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My Jeep Liberty started spitting out gas after it was over filled at the pump! Same day I used the full tank of gas on a roadtrip! When I went to refill it again, just seconds after I begin to pump my tank it starts to spit out gas (even thou it has no gas in it) and becomes bubbly! I don't know what is going on with my Jeep, but I am scared to put gas in it! Help?

Check for injector/s and pressure regulator leaking to include a clogged fuel return line
