2006 Jeep Liberty Blower fan

Electrical problem
2006 Jeep Liberty 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

The blower fan only works on high - 4. There does not seem to be any fan speed on 1-3. This happens with a/c on or off and on defrost. Suggestions?

inspect fan relay. if OK suspect faulty blower motor resistor
