My 05 Jeep Liberty shakes when I am accelerating past 40 MPH and gets worse as I reach 60 MPH. Its the entire Jeep that shakes and only when I am accelerating. It doesn't shake under 40 MPH nor when I have my foot off the gas pedal. Could this be a transfer case or CV joint problem? If not, any idea what it might be?

The first things you will want to check are the flex joints on both your drive shafts. A CV joint can be bad enough to vibrate yet, you still can't shake it like a regular U joint. So you need to look at them carefully. Also, it could be a drive axle joint or even a tire out of round with cord seperation.
