Heater does not blow on 1,2, or 3 but blow on 4 but not hot.

It could be your wire harness. Just had something like that happen and Took it in and it was the wire harness.hope that helped

I have the same problem and everything I've read seems to indicate that it could be that you need a new blower motor resistor. My dealership sells it for about $20-$26. It doesn't appear to be that hard to replace.
