HEATE WENT COLD THIS MORNING! I SUSPECT THE CABLE TO THE DASH HEATER KNOB CAME LOOSE. MANAGED TO GET IT PARTIALLY ON WHILE DRIVING BY SORT OF PUSHING ON THE KNOB WHILE TURNING. THEN WENT COLD AGAIN! KNOB FEELS VERY LOOSE AND NOT TIGHT LIKE BEFORE. I SUSPECT THE CABLE IS SLIPPING IN THE CLAMP BEHIND THE KNOB. PLEASE TELL ME THERE IS AN EASY WAY TO GET AT THE BACK OF THAT DASH AREA TO RE-TIGHTEN THE CABLE CLAMP?

Sorry, there is no cable it is all electric. If the control knob feels different, it may have broken internally. If I remember correctly you have to buy the whole control head, but I would call the dealer to verify this.Operation of the control can be verified using a scan tool in the "body" menu
