My jeep is jerking & sputtering when I drive it. It showed 5 codes on the dashboard. P0300, P0304, P0305, P0306 & P0442. Please tell me what they mean! thank you!

Hi there, this is a multi miss fire in Cyl 3,4 &5 and a minor vacuum leak in the EVAP system, start with a general tune up.
