2003 Jeep Liberty A/C Blowing fuses

The A/C clutch fuse was blown, replaced and that fuse blew as soon as the A/C switch was turned on. What should I do first

Check wiring to comp clutch see if frayed and grounding. Also terminal at clutch tight clean. If all good Ohm out the clutch coil 2ohms or less. if higher need replace clutch and coil
