2002 Jeep Liberty brake line replacement at front wheel

I am trying to replace the brake line on the right side front wheel. the old one broke between the rubber hose and the steel tube that go to the wheel. I broke off at the fitting between the rubber tube and the steel tube to the wheel.

sounds like you just need a new line. can you by any means get me a picture or a crude drawing to better understand you?
