When it is not starting does it crank and not start or not crank and not start?

IS there a security light on during any of this?

Okay that should eliminate a performance issue and anti theft.

We need to look at starting/charging.

Turn the head lights on when it is not cranking and the key is in the crank position.

What do the lights do, nothing? or dim?

(Depending on your mileage, you may be under factory warranty.)

Hmmm...Lightning bolts huh?....

Not sure I've seen that one yet....Check the owners manual....Charging system? Might be...might be the direction we are going in, but I was expecting starting system...

Can you post a pic too?

IF you turn the headlights on, were they bright? Did they change when you tried to crank it?

You may be under factory warranty with this, so call the dealer if you are.

Sorry for not being familiar with the lights you described, but we were going in the right direction.

Post back with what happened, good luck.
