2005 Jeep Laredo stalls

hello my problemm is when i put gas in my jeep it stalls but it catches right up know matter how much is in there and when im sitting at idle or come to a stop it tries to cut off or stall also ive notice sometimes it jerks when driving between 35-50 mph ive tried engine treatment it helped a little but it its the same when the treatment is gone can you please help

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter and a failing fuel pump.
