2004 Jeep Laredo V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

I just replaced brake pad all 4..replace front hub bearings and new tires, after 1 day of driving the is a very rough vibration only when driving at around 30mph and when slowing down even without holding brake?

First, I'll assume the tires were properly balanced. Next, do you smell hot brakes when you drive it? Also, were the u-joints all good?
