what is the white tank with blue fluid in it? its near the back on the passenger side and how do I change it out?.

Hello,
That is the windshield washer fluid reservoir.
In order to replace the washer fluid reservoir you will have to remove the air filter housing and remove the bolts that holds the reservoir in place.
You will also have to remove the fender liner inside the wheel well and remove mounting bolts for the washer tank.
Then you will be able to get the tank out.
