2003 Jeep Laredo radiator fan

What are my options for replacing my radiator fan? It seems that the relay is still sending voltage to the fan but it's not running. Anything cost effective?

If the fan is getting power but is not running then it will have to be replaced. If it is not getting power but the relay is good then check fuses and engine coolant temp. Sensor.
