2003 Jeep Laredo 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i was going to replace the spark plugs, but i cant find them on the motor i see a this thing that goes across the engine that kinda looks like spark plugs going into it but not sure.

Do you have individual coil packs for each cylender? If so, the plugs are under them.
