Electrical problem
2002 Jeep Laredo V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car had to have a new radiator, ac condensor, etc. put on, when he got it put back together the engine will start, but acts like its out of gas and will die in just a few seconds. he seems to think that i need a new fuel pump, but could it just be the fuel pump cut off switch needs to be reset?

your vehicle is not equipped with an inertia (fuel cut off) switch but if it was and the switch activated then you would not hear the fuel pump buzz on at all. was it starting good prior to the repairs?
