did a whole tune up......change the crank shaft sensor/fule filter/plugs and wires/camshaft sensor

have you checked the idle air control valve, and did a throttle body cleaning? does this happen when coming to a stop or idling or turning corners, if it does then your iac is mostlikely the culprit
