2001 Jeep Laredo Wheels shaking

Whenever I apply brakes hard, or hit a bump in the road my front wheels shake violently. What are the probable causes?

Check to make sure the drag link is in good shape and also check all steering components for wear.

Let me know what you find. NOTE: The drag link is a common cause of this.
