The cooling fan was replaced along with the radiator, belt and thermostate, but the cooling fan will not work?

Hello, if the fan is electrical, did you try testing at the relay?
Because it is Sunday, I don't have access to all my databases. Did you check for codes? Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.
