2001 Jeep Laredo 134a refrigerant

I just replaced the A/C Condenser on my Grand Cherokee (punched a hole in it trying to replace radiator) and wanted to know how many ounces (or cans) of 134a I would need to put into it? By replacing the condenser did all the freon leak out?

24 oz. 134A also need to replace receiver drier to get moisture out of system and add 1oz. oil to drier and 2oz to condensor. Then vacuum down for 2 hrs. then charge.
