2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo HELP

2001 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO

When the jeep RPM drops below 1 the oil pressure drops to zero...does anyone know what causes this and how to repair it??? i'm not losing any oil but never the less dropping to zero i know is not going to be good. thank you!!!

The only number lower than 1 is 0...do you mean 1000 rpm? If so check the pressure with a gauge, if it's ok 20-40 psi, try replacing you oil sender, usually located near the filter.
