2000 Jeep Laredo leakage in the control panel vacuum system

I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee laredo and the heating system blow cool air. How can find and fix the leak in the vacuum lines.

No heat
check if engine reaching operating temp if not check and suspect thermostat
if it reaching operating temp
open hood and locate heater hoses by the firewall
carefully try to check if both hot
they should if not suspect plugged heater core and it need to be flushed
if both hot and no heat inside suspect blend door motor under dash in the HVAC box
