2000 Jeep Laredo Car running hot

My car has been in the shop 3 times it was running hot .Now the oil is leaking. The and the water pump have been replace . Last time I took it in the repairman heclaim when they tested the car it didnot run hot.
Please tell me what is wrong ? Please help I am a women I keep paying but no results.

Are there any coolant losses from the radiator?

When does the overheating happens? Normal driving, highway driving, slow city driving?

Are the cooling fans working?
