I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I have had numerous problems with it. About 2 weeks ago, I started to hear an awful hissing noise on the inside coming from to brake pedal. When the pedal is pressed, the noise goes away but as soon as the pedal is realesed the noise comes back. Also when the ignition is off, the pedal is impossible to press. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be? Thanks for any and all help.
