1999 Jeep Laredo Antifreeze reservoir leakage

Hi,

I live in South Florida. Both my antifreeze reservoir & my windshield fluid reservoir will not hold fluid, i.e., when I fill them they steadily leak out. I have not taken either apart yet to attempt to see where the problem might be. The car does not over-heat when I drive it. Do you think it might be the plastic reservoir splitting due to extreme heat exposure or will it be more likely the hosing to the respective systems rotting? Should I replace both to be safe? Please advise...

The washer is optional, the coolant recovery reservoir is not! Replace it before it causes a more serios problem, like a warped head...
