There is a tsb for this problem the heater box drain is cloged If you pull back the passanger side carpit you sould see a black box that turns in to the shap of a v
and a circle at the bottom . if you drill a small hole in the center of the circle and use a coat hanger ti push through the new drilled hole work it back and fourth a few times and check underneath the jeep for a poddle of water. then tack some rtv and fill the hole so water dont leak into the jeep. when toy here that noise again just repeat the steps with out the drilling
