Mine isnt working. How do you remove this center from the dasboard of car. It isnt in manuals and I think one of the nine bulbs may have blown.

I have a 94' Laredo.I can't fins out any information about this area of the vehicle. Mine is in Spanish and it flashes all the time.I need to know how to translate what the messages mean. Please help
