1997 Jeep Laredo turns over but no spark

My engine turns over but won't start. Can hear fuel pump activate when key is turned on. checked and have no spark. Instrument gages don't register when key is on. I have replaced the crankshaft position sensor. still same result any ideas?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
