1997 Jeep Laredo no shift

Transmission problem
1997 Jeep Laredo 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

bought a reprogramed ecm from Computer Exchange Florida to replaced the malfunction one. (air con not working and transmission do not shift to the appropriate gear while driving). It worked for 2 weeks (shifting) and bad again. The air con is still working ok.
Do you think the replacement unit is malfunction?
