1997 Jeep Laredo car starting and cutting off

just had battery replaced and they checked the starter/alternator performance. they said these were ok. took to a mechanic who said the fuel pump needed to be replaced. this was done and the car still won't start and if we do get it started it continues to cut off. HELP!!!!!

crank position sensor needs replaced..these vehicles are well known for this problem.
