Every time it rains the car is flooded with about 16 0z or more of water on the passenger side. Any suggestions, I already checked the A?C drain and its ok.

Chances are the windshield is leaking. Using a flashlight, craw under the dask and have someone spray the windishield with water. See if you can find a leak.
