1994 Jeep Laredo turn signal failure

recently my front left turn signal does not work but the rear does work but really fast what could i do. as well as where is the fuse located and can i get a diagram of it . thank you for your time sincerely, J

Hi:
The fast blinking indicates that a bulb is burned out. If the front doesn't work, that would be the problem. Replace the bulb and it should be fine.
