Transmission problem
1994 Jeep Laredo 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi i have a jeep grand cherokee laredo and im trying to figure out if there is a seell near the back end of the transmission that connects to the transfer case. And also im not sure but right where the transmission and transfer case meet there is a small chip in the metal and i want to know if that was maybe put there on purpose or if the transmission got chipped by a rock or something. well thank you for the help!!

There is a output seal and no factory chips.
