1993 Jeep Laredo 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my truck turns over fine butaks like baterry wants to die, but then baterry gets strong but engine pops for aminute before it starts seems like starer is not catching now will turn over but will not start

Is the starter still working? If so, are you getting spark and fuel to the engine?
