there is no spark from the distributer in cold weather. warmer weather, it takes a few crank overs to start. after its warm, it will start right away. tested all relays, and engine computer, replaced plugs, wires, and distributer. also my machanic,( in october) replaced my control panel for the heater, this is just about the time this problem started, could the intrusion in the dashboard have started this problem? just thought you should know this info as well. thanks

Get a test light and be sure there is power to the coil. One side of the coil should flash when it is being cranked, if not the ECM isnt receiving a crank signal. If it does and there is no spark, the coil is bad
