Check engine codes 12, 41, then codes disappeared when altenator gauge went to 0 for a while, then back up to 12 volts working again. "Ran great when altenator was not working" need to know what the heck is going on?

12= battery disconnected in last 50 starts...or module power lost check the condition of the BOTH battery cables at both ends....and any other connections to include grounds as you can locate...
