I have replaced the distrutor, ignition coil, spark plugs and throttle position sensor and still has a hard start problem. I turn the key to on wait then start and takes a few trys before start. Now the jeep overheats. I replaced the twice and change the thermostat. Im stuck here

Three things. First, check fuel pump pressure and drop off. Here is a how to:

https://www.2carpros.com/how_to/how_to_check_fuel_pressure.htm

Next, make sure the catylatic converter isn't plugging. If all checkes out ok, check engine compression to make sure it doesn't have a bad head gasket.

Let me know what you find.
