1992 Jeep Laredo Four Wheel Drive Automatic 219000 miles

cant find our manual and the kit came with a timing gasket does the timing cover and belt have to come off to replace the front crankshaft seal?

the timing cover needs to come off and you push the old seal out of cover and press in new seal and pul back together
