The vehicle sat for over a year. Battery was drained most of that time. Battery has been replaced and car will not crank. Is there a reset that needs to be done?

2001 was the last year for the Cherokee. Is this a Grand Cherokee, Liberty, or a Wrangler? Do you have a 4.0L engine? What have you checked so far? Does the instrument cluster light up when you turn on the ignition switch? Do the interior lights and head lights work?
