Brake pedal travels a long way before brakes engage and is almost (1/2 inch) to floor for complete stop.

If you're not leaking externally and the brake master cylinder is full-try bleeding the brakes -dont work inspect for wear and tear on all brake assembly if okay -replace the brake master cylinder
