My commander won't turn over. Dealership thinks it is a security issue, but don't know. Any ideas?

Dealership thinks it is a security issue
They should know that upfront its their vehicle if its a security guard problem or a fuel/spark issue-

2006 jeep commander won't click or start sometimes. After turning key several times to start, it will start. Cluster panel is always well lit. When I turn the the key all the way for a few seconds, I hear what sounds like the starter engaging then it turns over, but sometimes that doesn't happen.I have to wait or keep trying, then it starts

Could be the starter motor, starter relay and ignition switch assuming the battery condition and connections are good.
My 2006 jeep commander wont start up, there's no clicking at all. Battery is brand new, starter and alternator was tested as good.I'm thinking I need to change my spark plugs since its near 100k miles.I waited to hours to start it and it did! Went to the store and it wont start up again. Please give me some helpful information

Possible neutral safety switch. Or not
Other than that, see if any of the steps in the link below help
