How do I remove the rear wiper arm and replace. I have purchase a new one and removed the bolt but I am still not able to remove the arm.

If you mean the entire arm not the blade. Then with nut off it is pressed onto a seraded shaft you need to pry off. Place cloth on glass or painted surface take screw driver pry off.
