1990 Jeep Comanche no heat

Ive tryed all i could to get the engine in the winter hot ,so I can get some heat,I put cardboard in front if the radiater in the winter to try to get some heat,still not very good.I have blew out the htr core,tryed different therm,but dont help

The factory t-stat is 195 degrees. Is that what you replaced the old one with?
