1988 Jeep Comanche poor gas milage

Starting few months back truck start to get realy poor milage from 28 miles per gallon to 16mpg I replased spark plugs, ingntion wires all filters map sensor, no improvement What is wrong? What is next?

Check the fuel pressure regulator. It is located on thefuel rail, and has a vacuum line that goes to the intake manifold. If there is any fuel in the vacuum line, the reg needs to be replaced. Any check engine light?
