1988 Jeep Comanche 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

We have replaed the thermestat/ water pump, flushed the radiator out, added 50/50 antifreeze and it is still overheating. The water is going back to the resevoir bubbling and popping.

Had same problem for years. Solved by installing a 1993 Radiator that has filler cap, installed small overflow bottle next to the air filter box. Removed the overflow tank on passenger side firewall and put a replacement redirect hose in. (red hose in pic)

Can't make it overheat for anything now.
